  1. General terms and conditions

Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before signing up for any of the events organized or co-organized by 11 EXTRA EOOD. (hereinafter referred to only as “11 EXTRA” and “the Event”). These terms and conditions constitute an AGREEMENT between you and 11 EXTRA. These conditions are binding only in the relationship between you as a Visitor of the Event and 11 EXTRA. By registering for an event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any subsequent changes to them, and undertake to comply with them. If you do not agree to the terms below, please do not register or attend events organized by 11 EXTRA.

  1. Basic definitions

For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, the following terms are used with the following definitions:

“ORGANIZER” / “ORGANIZERS” means 11 EXTRA, respectively 11 EXTRA together with other persons with whom they jointly organize an event

“CO-ORGANIZER” is a person or company with which 11 EXTRA organizes one or more events jointly.

“PARTICIPANT” / “VISITOR” is any person who is an organizer or is registered to participate in an event organized by 11 EXTRA alone or in partnership with other co-organizers.

“EVENT” means an event organized by 11 EXTRA alone or in partnership with other organizers.

“WORKSHOP” is an “EVENT” type.

“EVENT WEB PAGE” is a page on the domain https://play.11extra.com/ or on a separate event domain, if one is developed, that relates to an event and that contains information about the theme, program, registration and other event details.

“EVENT WEBSITE” means a site specifically developed for the Event and containing information about the theme, program, registration and other details of the Event.

3. Registration

Registration and purchase of tickets for the event must be done in one of the following ways:

– On the event webpage at https://play.11extra.com/

– On a separate event website, if one is developed

– Through a ticketing platform for the event, if announced

Your registration has been successfully completed when you receive a confirmation email and/or ticket at the email address you provided during the registration process itself. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address that you or your registered participant(s) can access. The conditions for receiving confirmation of the specific registration are described on the webpage/website of the event. 11 EXTRA reserves the right to refuse registrations at its discretion.

The main way of communication in connection with the conduct of the events is e-mail messages to the participants/visitors or a phone call. An email will be sent with instructions on attending the event, notifications of any changes to the date, location and time of the event, and a request for feedback on the event.

11 EXTRA reserves the right to change the date, time and venue of any event by posting a special notice on the event webpage play.11extra.com or on the event website. Effective efforts will be made to notify participants by email or otherwise of a change to the date, time or venue of the event for which they have registered. However, we recommend checking the webpage or event website the day before the event date.

For events for which registrations are personalized, they cannot be transferred to other persons. In case the registered person is prevented from attending the event, he is obliged to notify the organizers within two working days before the date of the event. That Person may nominate another Participant to attend the Event in their place and must receive express confirmation from the Event Organizers of the successful substitution for the Event.

  1. Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policies

Payments for the Events are made in one of the following ways: on the webpage or on the website of the Event in one of the ways indicated there, or through an event ticketing platform, if one is announced.

Promotions and possible discounts, possibilities and rules for settling and refunding paid sums are also indicated on the webpage or on the website of the event.

11 EXTRA can refund 50% of the amount if the cancellation is received no later than 5 days before the event to todorova@11extra.com. No refunds are given for cancellations received after this period.

  1. Responsabilities

Each participant is committed to active participating in all phases of the workshop and sharing their ideas.

Participants should show respect for the opinions and ideas of others, creating a pleasant environment for creativity and exchange of ideas. First is presented the 3D model, then questions from the participants are being asked.

Each participant undertakes to use LEGO bricks and other resources with moderation and responsibility.

The organizer undertakes to provide for use the necessary materials for the workshop and to ensure suitable conditions for holding the event.

Participants commit to follow the facilitator’s instructions.

Participants undertake to remain at the event until its conclusion, unless they notify the organizer in advance of the reasons for leaving.

  1. Copyright

All rights reserved for 11 EXTRA and/or its affiliates. All intellectual property rights to the information resources, materials and presentations delivered and displayed during the events are subject to protection under the current Copyright and Related Rights Act and their unregulated use by third parties – but not only by participants/visitors of the event – constitutes a violation and leads to civil, administrative and criminal liability according to the current Bulgarian legislation.

11 EXTRA reserves the right not to allow photos and recordings during the events. Participants will be notified of these restrictions during the event as well.

  1. Personal data and privacy

11 EXTRA follows the provisions of the General Policy for the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR) when collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of registration and admission to Events.

During the events, a short-term presence of photographers and operators of the organizers is possible, who have the right to take photos and video recordings, which are used for publication in media, social networks, as well as in the preparation of materials for the promotion of subsequent events. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify in advance (but no later than five days before the event) 11 EXTRA.

During the events, the information shared by the participants relating to personal data, know-how and company secrets is confidential and should not be shared with third parties.

  1. Safety

In the interest of the safety and comfort of all visitors and participants, every 11 EXTRA event is subject to strict security measures. Any person wishing to attend an 11 EXTRA event agrees that they may be subject to security checks, including, but not limited to, screening by event security and/or scanning of clothing, bags and other items by technical means at the discretion of the organizers before entering the event or event area.

The following items may not be deposited at the 11 EXTRA event venue under any circumstances: explosives or materials, pyrotechnics, firearms (including replicas or toy firearms), projectiles and other similar items; sharp objects, e.g. knives (including Swiss army knives), scissors, cutlery and/or screwdrivers; sprays; padlocks and/or chains; items that make noise (eg whistles); banners, posters and/or flags not authorized by the Organizers; alcohol; any other items that, in our opinion, pose a risk to the health and safety of other Visitors in any way (“Prohibited Items”).

You may not be admitted to the event or may be escorted out if you refuse to be screened or refuse to surrender any prohibited items you are carrying to security.

11 EXTRA reserves the right to require visitors whose behavior is unacceptable (at the discretion of the organizers) or endangers the health and safety of other participants in the event to leave the event.

11 EXTRA reserves the right to introduce additional restrictions for certain events. Before registering, you should check the event description for details of any additional conditions or restrictions.

You agree that You and anyone on whose behalf You reserve for an 11 EXTRA Event will comply with any such terms or restrictions.

  1. Changes

11 EXTRA reserves the right to make changes to these general terms and conditions at any time by promptly publishing such changes on the website together with a notice of changes to the general terms and conditions.

For all issues that are not covered by these general conditions, the current Bulgarian legislation is applied.

These terms and conditions come into force on December 18, 2023.

By signing or purchasing a ticket for an event/workshop, participants agree and accept the above general terms and conditions.
